About us and our work in Kenya

Michael (born and raised in Toronto, Ontario) and Sheila (born and raised in Rocky Harbour, Newfoundland) have five children. Ruth is married to Connor and they live in Ottawa and work for the federal government. Stephen and Bethany will be teaching in Kuwait in 2010/2011. Gabriella and Moriah (both 13) will be continuing their primary school studies at Kisimu International School in Kenya.

Michael and Sheila have ministered with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC) since 1984. They have been involved pastorally with three congregations in Ontario, Canada (Hamilton, Parry Sound, Smiths Falls) and have lived in the African countries of Liberia, Togo and Zambia and have taught in Bible Colleges in each of those countries.

In Kenya their ministry will involve:

- Teaching, Mentoring and Coaching students and pastors.

- Michael will be serving as Academic Dean at Pentecostal Bible College in Nyang'ori, founded by PAOC missionaries in 1949.

- Sheila will be teaching at Pentecostal Bible College as well as ministering to children.
